The Swedish Hobbyhorse Championships 2026!

Date: August 22, 2026

Times: Check-in begins at 9:00 AM. First starts at 10:30 AM, The competition is expected to be finished around 6-6:30 PM. Preliminary schedule coming soon!

In this competition the finals will be held in the Swedish Championships classes: 50-60 A:0 age groups 1&2, 100-110cm A:0/A:0, freestyle & Western where competitors from all over Sweden have qualified from previous qualifying competitions organized by SKHF. There are also many fun open classes where you can sign up for which this year are also open to international participants. Take a look below!

OUR CLASSES

Clear Round

In the Clear Round (CR) classes, the rider jumps a course at a chosen height and everyone who participated receives a ribbon regardless of the result. The heights to choose from are 30-40 cm, 50-60 cm, 60-70 cm & 100-110 cm.

FEI Intermediate 1B

In this dressage class, the rider performs a predetermined dressage program and the team with the highest percentage wins. The class assesses the riders's ability to perform difficult movements with a focus on collection, balance and precision. The program is performed on a 6x18m dressage arena.

30-40 cm SUPER SPEED!! 

30-40 cm SUPER SPEED!! Is a class with a rating of A:0, where the rider must jump a course in time. The fastest team wins, but be careful not to get speed-blind and accidentally knock down an obstacle! The class will be to music from the Cars movies.

Team jumping 30-40 cm

Jump a course with the same time as your teammate. The team with the smallest time difference wins. Register with a friend, or register solo, and you will be paired with someone else who has also registered solo.

60-70 cm JOKER WILDCARD

In this class you jump a course against time, where each clear obstacle gives points. The riders with the highest points are placed. At the last obstacle you can choose between a regular obstacle and joker obsticle. The joker is a more difficult obstacle that gives twice as many points if you jump flawlessly, but if it gets knocked down, the corresponding points are deducted. If several of the teams have the same points, they are separated over time.

90-100 cm A:0                                                                            In the 90-100 cm time class with assessment A:0 where the whole course is on time, the rider will jump a course that is timed. The fastest with the fewest errors will be placed.
